Simply Staged Inc. was hired to consult and stage this Rockford home.  It was a joy to work with the sellers who worked feverishly completing the "to do" list provided by Simply Staged in order to showcase the home to its potential.  The list involved painting, packing, minor repairs, and a few updates. 

Simply Staged declutterd, depersonalized, repositioned and edited out furniture to highlight the home.  At that point we brought in rental accessories to compliment the seller's furniture and belongings.

All the hard work paid off with multiple offers and a contract in less than 24 HOURS OVER Asking Price!!  Congratulations to the sellers and Toni Vander Heyden of Keller Williams Signature Realty!  Teamwork brought us success in under 24 Hours!
