If you follow our blog you may remember seeing the "after" video show of this Rockford home. Simply Staged is pleased to report that it went under contract in 10 DAYS!
We all worked quickly as it was already on the market when Simply Staged Inc. was hired to stage the home. In a matter of five days the initial consultation was completed, sellers' completed the "to do" list, and the home was staged with Simply Staged rental accessories.
The sellers elected to do the work themselves and it was a joy to work with them as they tirelessly worked to get rooms painted, packed many personal items, some belongings moved to storage and cleaned all before staging day. The home was ready just hours before the first showing and it paid off.

Congratulations Michele on this very quick sale ~ the house looks fantastic! Love the changes in the master bedroom including the wall color change to something neutral ... adding the art, updated bedding and coordinated window panels really made such a BIG improvement in how this home was perceived by buyers.
