Good Lord, for a second there, I thought you were going to be addressing ALL of those topics. I think the world of you, Michele, but .... then I read that you're one of a few folks. Truth is, I bet you could speak on anything you set your mind to!!

Too funny Juliet! I am leaving the other topics up to the experts in that arena. I have been asked to share information about the advantages of staging your home for sale, how to select a stager, etc.. . . In fact, I too am excited to hear the full presentation by the other experts, as I only had a small preview and found it very interesting and current in today's market.

What a great "pre season" education for smart sellers this will be! This is the time for sellers to get their marketing strategy formed and this seminar should be very helpful.
