Simply Staged Inc - Rockford Area Home Staging Blog: Rockford Realtor Presentation a Success!

Rockford Realtor Presentation a Success!

Simply Staged Inc. was honored when they were asked by Title Underwriters Agency to give a presentation to Rockford IL area realtors about social marketing/blogging and internet presence.  Title Underwriters provided this seminar Free of charge to Rockford Area Realtors as a way to say thank you for their business.

Simply Staged Inc. Belvidere Estate

The event was held at this $1.3 million dollar Belvidere estate recently staged by Simply Staged Inc.  Here is a link to the website if you are curious to see the inside of this stunning contemporary home.  With the exception of just a couple of existing pieces, Simply Staged provided all the furniture and accessories used to stage the home.  The home was just listed with Bonnie Pierce of Dickerson & Nieman this week.

Thank you to Title Underwrites Agency for sponsoring the event and those of you who attended.  We had great attendance and exchange of information.  I enjoyed meeting new friends and seeing many of you with whom I have worked with in the past.  It has been exciting to see some of you move forward with what you learned at the presentation and now see you blogging and "tweeting".

I know I will follow your blogs and tweets!  Have fun with it!

Michele; what an exciting opportunity! And what an exciting house! Scrolling through the pictures on the website showed one amazing room after another. Best of luck for a quick sale!

Gorgeous home Michele!  I am giving a similar presentation in June.  Can I pick your brain soon?

Michele ~ Wow that is an amazing home!  I wonder who the target buyer is?  Your furnishings and the large art really show off this home's potential.  You must have spent a lot of time and effort on this project -- and it sounds like your audience really enjoyed your presentation on social media.

Thanks Maureen!  The home is stunning and unlike homes in our area, which gets to your question of target buyer.  Price and the contemporary style is certainly a factor in the potential buyer pool.  I had a lot of fun staging the home and with the presentation.  Now, we are all hoping for a buyer.

What a dream come true.   To stage a home like this would make me feel like I've died and gone to stagers heaven

Somehow, (though I had looked at the interior shots), I passed over this post, thinking it was the exterior of a school campus building where you had spoken!  Only when I stopped and READ it, did I realize this is the HOUSE! Wow, I am sure it is awe-inspiring to walk up to!  We went on a luxury home tour over the weekend, with one over 12,000 sq. ft...I just can't imagine life in one of those...
