This was an exciting project for many reasons. When the owner contacted Simply Staged Inc. they did not have a Realtor, but knew the importance of staging and preparing their home properly before going to market. We were happy that they found our company online! As a bonus we also had some time to complete the project.
Some updates were necessary prior to staging. Simply Staged guided the seller through the process and helped with selections. Everyone involved did their part. Packing, cleaning, minor repairs, landscaping, painting, updated flooring, lighting, bathroom fixtures & countertop, tub refinishing, etc.
The seller was very open minded when it came to selling the house, considering many options such as accepting bids, going to auction, selling themselves or placing it with a Realtor. Ultimately they elected to place the home with a Realtor who played a big part in this success story. Staged and under contract in TWO days with a FULL PRICE offer!
