Simply Staged Inc - Rockford Area Home Staging Blog: September 2008

This Roscoe home was recently staged by Simply Staged Inc.  It has been on the market for six months and buyers are having a hard time visualizing the space.  Without furniture and accessories it is difficult to judge scale and see the possibilities.  Simply Staged Inc. was hired to showcase the features of the home and help buyers see the potential.

Welcome to the 2008 Parade of Homes.  Simply Staged Inc. was fortunate to stage two homes in the Parade.  This home is located in Rockford and built by Zimmerman Home Builders.  I included alot of photos, but it is truly a house you must view in person to fully appreciate.  The craftsmanship is extraordinary.  The lower level houses a golfing simulator - for those of you who are not interested in golfing you can also view movies on the screen.  (For those of you in the area, the Parade wraps up on Sunday the 14th.)
